An online course
Anxious about the college application essay? Unsure where to begin, what to write about, or how to make it shine? This course is here to help! In this 4-week, 8-session online evening course, I will take the mystery out of the process and reduce your anxiety along the way. As an 18-year veteran English teacher at Westborough (MA) High School, I’ve helped 1,000+ students write successful college essays. I can help you, too.
I use a student-centered, choice-based, step-by-step approach. This includes coaching and brainstorming to:
- find the best topics and story ideas
- map out a plan
- engage your reader
- tell a great story, and
- show your best self
Ideal for grades 11-12, plus anyone applying (or re-applying) to college
